When adding multiple items in a row the items often share some of the same parameters- for example room location, or condition or deadlines.

This “Add another like this feature” is a time saving feature which makes it very easy and quick to upload multiple items in a row.

For example, if you are clearing a building or a room, you will find this feature saves you lots of time.

Add an item in the usual fashion. Once the item is added you are then prompted to “add another ike this”.

The next record will be a repeat of the one before, you should change the necessary parameters to match the new item such as heading, category or picture.

Top tip- To reduce the amount of editing between items, try to upload items which share the most characteristics in consecutive uploads.
